What makes NOVICA Live the company I should join?

How do I sell NOVICA Live products?
We are a party plan company and as such the bulk of your business will depend on conducting in-home parties and trunk shows. You can also make individual sales and take orders on your own personal website.
What if I have no sales experience?
This is no problem! When you join NOVICA Live, you are welcomed into a warm and friendly support network of people from all backgrounds who share your desire for success, and will help you every step of the way.
When can I start?
As soon as your application has been approved, you can go ahead and book your first shows, even before your starter kit arrives.
How much commission can I expect to make on sales at my shows?
Commissions range from 20 - 30% and you may earn additional commissions and bonuses based on your monthly sales and leadership level.
What is the difference between Global Stylists and Hosts?
Hosts invite 10 - 20 friends to an Artisan Crafted Trunk Show at their home or office and provide basic refreshments for those attending. The Global Stylist guides the Host through the process of inviting their friends and preparing their home. At the show, the Global Stylist presents their samples and catalogs, plays the Virtual Travel DVD, and then collects orders from enthusiastic party-goers. Global Stylists can be Hosts at their own parties, but typically the Stylist and Host are two different people.
What makes NOVICA Live shows unique and interesting?
NOVICA Live shows are fun and meaningful. Guests love our Virtual Travel format where they get to visit far corners of the globe and experience art and culture. Each successful party results in a donation to a Happiness Project of the Host's choice. Hosts also receive free jewelry and gifts, and up to 3 half price items each Party.
Do Global Stylists pay for the Host Rewards Program?
The Host Rewards Program is free to our Global Stylists. NOVICA Live offers and pays generous rewards for hosting and for any monthly specials offered, from time to time, to both Hosts and guests.
How do customers receive their items?
Customers have their orders shipped directly to the address they specify, anywhere in the contiguous 48 states. This relieves the Host of any responsibility for delivery. Each item is specially packaged in the wrapping style of the region: most often, gift-wrapped.
What is the Cost of Shipping?
The shipping cost for items ordered at NOVICA Live shows is absolutely free! In the future, we may charge shipping for heavier items, but currently all items in the NOVICA Live catalog ship for free.
How long does it take for customers to receive orders?
Customer orders ship directly from their region of origin. Please allow shipping time of about 2 to 4 weeks.
Where is the company headquartered?
NOVICA Live is headquartered in Los Angeles, California with regional sourcing and fulfillment offices throughout Asia, Africa and Latin America.
Do I need to invest in more inventory?
No, you have a sales kit with selected items to display and catalogs that show all the products for sale. However, it is advantageous to add to your display, because people like to see, touch and try on items. Often, the more you show the more you can sell. NOVICA Live offers a fast start program where you can qualify for free NOVICA Live dollars to spend on new items for your sales kit. During your fast-start period, you also have the option to purchase samples from the catalog at 50% off. You may purchase as many different items as you'd like, but you may only purchase a maximum quantity of 1 of each item.
Is there a re-certification fee every year?
No, NOVICA Live does not charge a recertification fee.
Is there a monthly fee?
Yes, a monthly fee of $8.00 is charged to the Global Stylist to cover their website, and the electronic submission of shows, tracking, and reporting information.
How do I get started?
You can purchase a sales kit for $199 plus tax and shipping. The sales kit includes $150 in presentation materials and catalogs, plus $400 in retail value of sample products.
As a Global Stylist, can I allow guests at a Party to combine purchases from NOVICA Live and NOVICA.com?
No, NOVICA Live offers only products shown on its website and catalog. The Host of the party earns host advantages from NOVICA Live sales only. If a guest wants to order from NOVICA.com, they will need to go to the NOVICA.com website to place their order.
